A series of three videos for the World Wildlife Fund about bears and our relationship with them.
For this series of videos I created the 2D rigs for the bear and human characters using DuIK.
I also animated the intro and outro.
For this video in particular, I animated the small thought medallions, as well as the bear and human run cycles.
Romania has a very large bear population. Coupled with the fact that bear territories are diminishing due to deforestation, and the fact that bears are opportunistic eaters, meetings between bears and humans are inevitable.
This series of videos was intended to dispel some of the myths surrounding bears, but also provide useful tips on how to best manage our relationship with bears.
